Відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VIII від 25 грудня 2015 року ( зі змінами та доповненнями) та п.п.10.1 п.10 Строк дії договору №1498-Т від 08.02.2017 року, Сторони дійшли спільної згоди збільшити суму договору на 70851,83 гривень (Сімдесят тисяч вісімсот п’ятдесят одна гривня 83коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ, ( власні потреби – 66451,71 грн. з ПДВ та на потреби орендарів 4400,12 грн. з ПДВ), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, з метою здійснення видатків на початку 2018 року на час проведення процедури, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку закупівлі . Ціна цього договору становить 441764,05 гривень з ПДВ
