Керуючись п.1 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»» та п.11.1.
Договору № ХБТ -20/04/17 від «24» 04 2017 р. (надалі-Договір), Сторони
домовились зменшити обсяг закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника, на загальну суму 26178 грн. 22 коп.(Двадцять шість тисяч сто сімдесят вісім грн. 22 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ - 4363 грн.04 коп. (Чотири тисячі триста шістдесят три грн. 04 коп.), внести наступні зміни та викласти в новій редакції пункт:
3.1: Ціна Договору становить 564992 грн. 50 коп. (Пятсот шістдесят чотири тисячі дев’ятсот дев’яносто дві грн. 50 коп.), у тому числі податок на додану вартість (ПДВ): - 94165 грн. 42 коп. (Дев'яносто чотири тисячі сто шістдесят п’ять грн. 42 коп.)
Керуючись ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.11.1
Договору № ХБТ -20/04/17 від «24» 04 2017 р. (надалі-Договір), Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року
