Сторони визначили фактичний обсяг спожитої електричної енергії за Договором, який складає – 272439,00 кВт*год. та зменшили суму договору, зазначивши фактичну вартість спожитої електричної енергії, яка становить – 1 778 729,29 грн. з ПДВ. Також Сторони зазначили, що вартість електричної енергії за Договором за рахунок бюджетних коштів становить - 348 236,72 грн. з ПДВ, а вартість електричної енергії за рахунок власних коштів підприємства становить – 1 430 492,57 грн. з ПДВ.
