Note:
1Керуючись Законом України «Про ринок електричної енергії», пунктом 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону
України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 13.10 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
1.1. Викласти п. 2.4 Договору в новій редакції:
«2.4. Загальний обсяг електричної енергії за договором складає: 36386,293 кВт*год і може бути зменшений в
залежності від фактичних потреб Споживача».
1.2. Викласти п. 5.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«5.1. Споживач розраховується з постачальником за електричну енергію за цінами, що визначаються
відповідно до механізму визначення ціни електричної енергії.
Ціна за 1 кВт/год. електричної енергії за цим договором становить:
з 11.10.2021 р. по 31.10.2021 р. – 2,92 грн. з ПДВ,
з 01.11.2021 р. по 31.12.2021 р. – 3,21 грн. з ПДВ та складається з:
ціни на електричну енергію;
податку на додану вартість у розмірі 20% до ціни електричної енергії.
Сума оплати за послуги з передачі електричної енергії включається до ціни електричної енергії»
