І. З метою проведення державної закупівлі постачання теплової енергії на 2018 рік, продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку січня 2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році.
ІІ. Виконання зобов’язань щодо закупівлі обсягу предмета закупівлі у межах 20 % залежатиме від затвердження видатків на початку року у встановленому порядку.
