На підставі ст. 36 ч.4 п.2 та п.1.Закону України " Про Публічні закупівлі" "Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання, крім випадків:
1) Зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичних видатків замовника;
2) зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена ціна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі"
В результаті вивчення та аналізу кон'юктури цін м'ясопродукти на ринку Кіровоградської області, Сторони узгодили змінити ціну за одиницю товару у бік збільшення

Відповідно до Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", відповідно до п.4, ч.2 ст.36 та враховуючи коливання ринкової ціни на м'ясопродукти, враховуючи Експертний висновок Кіровоградської Торгово-Промислової Палати №В-141 від 07.02.2018 року , наданого ФОП Цимбалюк А.С,змінено ціну на ковбасу варену ( вищого гатунку) у бік збільшення на 10%. Оскільки збільшення ціни призводить до більших фактичних витрат, зменшено обсяг закупівлі товару.

Відповідно до Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", відповідно до п.4, ч.2 ст.36 та враховуючи коливання ринкової ціни на м'ясопродукти, враховуючи Експертний висновок Кіровоградської Торгово-Промислової Палати №В-332 від 05.04.2018 року , наданого ФОП Цимбалюк А.С.,, сторони обговорили та вирішили збільшити ціну на ковбасу варену та асосиски на 10%.
