Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (зі змінами), Сторони дійшли згоди про наступне:
1.Укласти додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору від 22.10.2021 № 25/1 на строк достатній для проведення спрощеної процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року та діє до 28.02.2022, а в частині проведення розрахунків - до їх повного виконання.
