Замовник і Постачальник на фоні підвищення ціни виробником на рибну продукцію, зростання середньо – ринкових цін та експертного висновку торгово – промислової палати, а також підняття цін на енергоносії, значне підвищення ціни пального та мастильних матеріалів, що підтверджено експертним висновком Чернігівської регіонально торгово – промислової палати № ЧК-313 від 03.06.2019 року, відповідно до п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 3.3.2 Договору № 28 про закупівлю від 25.02.2019 р. (надалі по тексту - Договір) дійшли згоди про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару на 10 % за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в п.3.2 Договору
