Згідно з п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі": зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника. Викладення пункту 2 додаткової угоди № 4 від 28.12.2019 р. до Договору в наступній редакції: "Сторони узгодили заявлену Споживачем величину споживання теплової енергії на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, але не пізніше ніж до 28.02.2020 р. в обсязі 51.37104 Гкал, що в коштовному вираженні становить 70046.88 грн., ПДВ 14009.38 грн., усього 84056.26 грн., в тому числі:
- бюджетні кошти - 65023.81 грн., ПДВ 13004.76 грн., усього 78028.57 грн.
- відшкодування орендарів - 5023.07 грн., ПДВ 1004.62 грн., усього 6027.69 грн."
Загальна сума Договору становить 686614.74 грн. з ПДВ, у т.ч. 627516.68 грн. - бюджетні кошти, 59098.06 грн. - відшкодування орендарів. Обсяг закупівлі 414.42998 Гкал/рік
