Відповідно до листа ТОВ "Сафко Адакор Груп" від 27.03.2026 № 2703-01, в зв'зку з відсутністю стабільного електро- та теплопостачання в м.Києві та в м.Бориспіль в січні-лютому 2026 року, що викликано російською агресією, є необхідність продовжити термін виконання проектних робіт по договору №57 від 04.11.2025р. та внести відповідні зміни в даний договір шляхом підписання додаткової угоди.
