2. Внести зміни до договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти № 12/1 ВО від 13.01.2017, а саме розділ «ІІІ Ціна договору» доповнити пунктом 3.5 такого змісту:"Сторони мають право змінювати ціну за одиницю товару враховуючи п.3.3; 3.4 цього договору, як на весь обсяг товару так і на партію (партії) товару".
2.1. У зв’язку зі змінами на ринку цін на товар, що постачається, керуючись п. 5 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» внести зміни до договору від 13.01.2017 № 12/1 ВО, а саме пункт 3.1 договору викласти у новій редакції: «3.1 Ціна договору становить 321734 грн. 52 коп. (триста двадцять одна тисяча сімсот тридцять чотири грн. 52 коп.)», без ПДВ.
2.2. Додаток № 1 до договору викласти у новій редакції (додається).
