Відповідно до ст.36 п.5 Закону України від 25.12.2015 №922 "Про публічні закупівлі" із змінами та доповненнями для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору на 126348,60грн,що не перевищує 20% суми Договору та внести зміни до п.3 1.Договору,виклавши його в редакції:"п.3.1. Сума цього договору становить 758091.60грн.,в.т.ч. ПДВ 20%-126348.60"
