Відповідно до пункту 71 підрозділу 2 розділу XX «Перехідні положення» Податкового кодексу України, в редакції Закону У країни «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України, спрямованих на забезпечення додаткових соціальних та економічних гарантій у зв’язку з поширенням коронавірусної хвороби (СОУГО-19) № 540—IX від 30.03.2020 р., яким тимчасово звільняються від оподаткуванням ПДВ операції з постачання на митній території України товарів (в тому числі лікарських засобів, медичних виробів та/або медичного обладнання), необхідних для виконання заходів, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій коронавірусної хвороби за переліком, визначних Постановою КМУ № 225 від 20.03.2020 р. зі змінами, внесеними Постановою КМУ № 271 від 08.04.2020 р. (далі- Перелік), керуючись п.6 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 22 572,20 грн. (двадцять дві тисячі п’ятсот сімдесят дві гривні 20 копійок).
