Note:
1. На дату укладання Угоди бюджетні зобов'язання виникають в межах кошторисних призначень, які складають 17742,36 грн.(Сімнадцять тисяч сімсот сорок дві грн. 36 коп.). В т.ч. ПДВ - 2957,06 грн.
Подальше виникнення зобов'язань буде змінюватись відповідно до кошторисних призначень та регламентуватися шляхом укладання додаткової угоди .
2. Інші пункти договору №10 від 14.02.2023 р. залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання.
3. Дана додаткова угода укладена в двох примірниках, тексти яких мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної Сторони.
4. Дана додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною договору та набуває чинності з 01 січня 2023 року.

Note:
1. Доповнити Договір розподілу природного газу № 10 від 14.02.2023 р. ( далі - Договір), пунктом 6.10., виклавши його у такій редакції:
"6.10. Загальна вартість послуг Оператора ГРМ з розподілу природного газу на 2025 рік становить 15859,56 (П'ятнадцять тисяч вісімсот п'ятдесят дев'ять гривень 56 копійок.) гривень, в тому числі ПДВ складає 2643,26 (Дві тисячі шістсот сорок три гривні 26 копійок) гривень."
2. Всі інші умови вищезазначеного Договору, не змінені цією Угодою, залишаються чинними у попередній редакції, і Сторони підтверджують їх обов'язковістю щодо себе.
3. Дана Угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами та поширює дію на відносини, що склались між Сторонами з 01 січня 2025 року.
4. Дана Угода, з моменту набрання нею чинності, є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
5. Ця Угода складена при повному розумінні Сторонами її умов та термінології українською мовою у двох автентичних примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, - по одному для кожної із Сторін.
