У зв'язку з різкою зміною кон'юктури ринку природного газу передбачається подальше збільшення ціни на опалювальний період та буде суттєво зменшено об'єм постачання газу по договору, що унеможливить забезпечення потреб у природному газі для установ Ставчанської сільської ради у повному обсязі до кінця опалювального сезону. Сторони вирішили відмовитись від виконання Договору про закупівлю №6 від 29.01.2021 року.
