Згідно додаткової угоди (У зв’язку з фактичним розподілом коштів субвенції з державного бюджету місцевому бюджету відповідно до Розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України від 21 січня 2026 р. № 52-р «Про розподіл у 2026 році субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам на реалізацію проектів в рамках Програми відновлення України III», враховуючи наявні об’єктивні обставини, що безпосередньо впливають на строки виконання робіт та фінансування робіт за Договором, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити строк виконання робіт та строк дії Договору до 01.06.2027 року і внести до Договору відповідні зміни, що додаються).
