Внесено зміни до п. 10.1. Договору і викладено у наступній редакції: «10.1. Цей договір набуває чинності з моменту підписання і діє протягом строку, достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі теплової енергії на початку 2018 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків за теплову енергію – до їх повного завершення. Положення даного Договору розповсюджуються на правовідносини між Сторонами з 02.10.2017 року, відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного Кодексу України».

Положення даного Договору розповсюджуються на правовідносини між Сторонами з 02.10.2017 року, відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного Кодексу України.
Додаток № 2 до договору:
Вид тарифу: Тариф на теплову енергію; Розмір тарифу в грн. за 1 Гкал (без ПДВ): 1431,28 грн.; Розмір тарифу в грн. за 1 Гкал (з ПДВ): 1717,54 грн.
