1. Сторони домовились зменшити суму Договору на 52 000.00 грн., у звʼязку з чим , внести зміни в абз.1 п .5.1 Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції: «5.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 47 633.94 грн. (сорок сім тисяч шістсот тридцять три грн., 94 коп .), в тому числі ПДВ -7 938.99 грн. (сім тисяч девʼятсот тридцять вісім грн., 99 коп.).». 2. Також Сторони домовились внести зміни в п.2.4 Договору та викласти його у новій редакції: «2.4. Кількість товару за цим Договором : 6 811,51 кВт *год .»
