1. У зв’язку з затримкою фінансування витрат замовника Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни у пункт 11.1. Розділу 11 Договору та викласти у новій редакції : «Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення підписів печатками і діє до 31 грудня 2026 року, але у будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.».

Керуючись підпунктом 3 пункту 19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України №1178, Сторони дійшли згоди покращити якість предмета закупівлі та замінити трубу сталеву діаметром 219х7,0 Ст3сп5-В ДСТУ 8943:2019 на трубу сталеву діаметром 219х8,0 Ст3сп5-В ДСТУ 8943:2019 зазначену у Специфікації № 1 (Додаток № 1 до Договору), без збільшення суми Договору, у зв’язку з чим викласти Додаток № 1 до Договору в новій редакції
