Відповідно до частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі пункту 10.2 Договору № 121 від 06.07.2020 року (надалі - «Договір») Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію даного договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, а саме до 31.03.2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків загальної суми визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
