У зв'язку з продовженням строку дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення спрощеної закупівлі на початку 2022 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% початкового договору, на підставі частини 6 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.13.3. Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди збільшити суму договору на 17960 грн без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році.
