Сторони дійшли згоди про необхідність внесення змін до Договору та домовились пункти 5.1, 5.2 та 8.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: "5.1 Розрахунки за цим Договором проводяться за фактично виконанні роботи поетапно, згідно з актами приймання - передачі виконаних робіт за умови наявності відповідного фінансування". "5.2. Основний розрахунок за виконанні роботи здійснюється протягом 10 календарних днів на підставі акту виконаних робіт, погодженого Сторонами, та після отримання позитивногоекспертного звіту, за умови надходження коштів з бюджету на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника для фінансування зазначених робіт". "8.1. Виконавець зобов'язується до 30.11.2023р. передати Замовнику результати проектних робіт".
