Керуючись ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами та доповненнями) від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII, п. 12.1 розділу ХІI «Строк дії Договору та інші умови», Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році , а саме на 233700,00 грн. (двісті тридцять три тисячі сімсот грн. 00 коп.) , з урахуванням ПДВ 20%.
