1.Згідно підпункту 5 п.4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" у зв'язку з виробничою необхідністю (Узгодження зміни ціни в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товарів, робіт і послуг) сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до специфікації до договору;
2.Зменшити суму договору на 5601,14 грн. та перше речення п.3.1 частини 3 Договору викласти у наступній редакції:
"Загальна очікувана ціна цього договру становить 204398,86 грн., в тому числі ПДВ 34066,48 грн., та може бути зменшена в залежності від реального фінансування Замовника.
3.Викласти специфікацію до договору (Додаток №1) в новій редакції.
