1. Розділ І. Предмет договору доповнити пунктами 1.4 та 1.5 наступного змісту:
"1.4. Вартість послуги – 16,08 грн за 1 м3 з ПДВ.
1.5. Джерело фінансування - місцевий бюджет; власний бюджет (кошти від господарської діяльності підприємства); інше (відшкодування орендарів)."
2. У Розділі ІІІ. Ціна договору пункт 3.1. викласти в наступній редакції:
"3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 143 497,92 грн (сто сорок три тисячі чотириста дев'яносто сім грн 92 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 23916,32 грн, з них: місцевий бюджет – 139 638,72 грн; власний бюджет (кошти від господарської діяльності підприємства) – 160,80 грн; інше – 3 698,40 гривень."
3. У Розділі V. Надання послуг пункти 5.1 та 5.2 викласти в наступній редакції:
"5.1. Строк (термін) надання послуг: до 31 грудня 2021 року.
5.2. Місце надання послуг: 61024, Україна, Харківська область, м.Харків, вул.Гуданова, 5/7 та згідно з Договору з індивідуальним споживачем про надання послуг з централізованого водопостачання та централізованого водовідведення."
