У зв’язку з прийняттям постанови НКРЕКП № 3013 від 24.12.2019 року, зміни встановленого згідно із регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів, які застосовуються в договорі про закупівлю, у разі встановлення в договорі про закупівлю порядку зміни ціни. Зменшення вартості компенсації послуги замовленої потужності, що входить в ціну природного газу яка становить разом з ПДВ – 148,99 грн. За рахунок цього зменшення суми Договору. Загальна вартість всього обсягу поставки складає 1 724 166,59 грн.

Згідно Постанови НКРЕКП від 24.12.2019 року «Про встановлення тарифів для ТОВ «ОПЕРАТОР ГТС України» на послуги транспортування природного газу для точок входу і точок виходу на регуляторний період 2020 − 2024 роки». Про укладання додаткової угоди з ТОВ «Газпромпостач » до договору від 29.01.2020 № Г50- 2020., з внесенням змін до розділу «III. Ціна постачання природного газу», доповнивши його п.п. 3.1.2 наступного змісту:
- «3.1.2. Коефіцієнти, які враховують період замовлення потужності, що застосувуються до тарифів на послуги на транспортування природного газу для внутрішніх точок входу і точок виходу в/з газотранспортну(ої) систему(и) на регуляторний період 2020 -2024 роки.
- з 01 березня 2020 року коефіцієнт, який застосувується при замовленні потужності на добу наперед, - на рівні 1,10 умовних одиниць».
