Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного Кодексу України , та пункту 10.3. Договору №50 від 05.02.2019 р. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну цього Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 % від суми визначеної в Договорі, а саме – 5686,20 грн. (П’ять тисяч шістсот вісімдесят шість грн. 20 коп. ), в т.ч. ПДВ-947,70 грн. Код ДК 021-2015: 15110000-2 М'ясо (М'ясо яловичини блочне заморожене вищої категорії , печінка яловича заморожена І категорії ) ( далі -товар). Кількість товарів : зазначена у додатку №1 до договору (Специфікація товару). Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними, Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
