Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» - дія Договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. Загальна вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає: 767167,15 грн. (сімсот шістдесят сім тисяч сто шістдесят сім гривень 15 копійок) з ПДВ, у тому числі ПДВ - 50188,51 грн (п'ятдесят тисяч сто вісімдесят вісім гривень 51 копійка), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
