Сторони домовились зменшити суму Договору № 61-1489/33 від 01.02.2022 на 1319,22 грн. та у відповідності до ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" п.3.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції:"Ціна договору на період з 01.02.2022 р. по 31.12.2022 р. згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 15580,43 грн. з ПДВ".
Сторони дійшли згоди п. 3.3. Договору доповнити словами: "На 01.11.2022 р. вартість послуг з розподілу ел.енергії за 1 кВт*год становить 0,91998 грн. без ПДВ. Вартість послуг із забезпечення перетікань реактивної ел.енергії становить 3,46865 грн. без ПДВ.
Додаток № 1 до Договору викласти у новій редакції.
