Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Note:
Підпункт 20.1. розділу 20 Договору викласти в новій редакції: "20.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання сторонами та діє до 01.09.2020 року, а в частині розрахунків - до повного виконання зобов'язань"
додаток № 2 до Договору "Календарний графік виконання робіт" та Додаток № 3 до Договору "План фінансування робіт"викласти у нових редакціях.
У зв'язку зі зміною банківських реквізитів Підрядника, Сторони внесли зміни до розділу 21 Договору. виклавши в редакції, яка відображена відповідно в Додатковій угоді №1 від 28.12.2019р.
