Лист від ТзОВ «Шлях» від 03.07.2017 в якому вказано, що під час подачі пропозиції для участі у відкритих торгах з закупівлі робіт з «Реконструкції існуючих приміщень адмінбудівлі під ЦНАП по площі Духновича, 2 в м.Мукачево» (номер закупівлі UA-2017-05-16-000541-с), а саме під час реєстрації на електронному майданчику dzo.com.ua в системі електронних закупівель «Prozorro» ними було допущено технічну помилку - неправильно вказана організаційно-правову форму юридичної особи, а саме ТОВ, а не ТзОВ. Також зазначено, що дана технічна помилка вже виправлена (Протокол №78 від 05.07.2017).
