Відповідно до частини 4 пункту 5 статті 41 (у зв’язку затримкою фінансування витрат замовника) Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди щодо продовження строку дії договору №285, укладеного 26.08.2020 між Залізничною районною адміністрацією та ПП «ВКВ-Сервіс» та викласти пункт 10.1., договору у новій редакції:
10.1. Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання та діє до 31.05.2021 або до повного виконання зобов’язань за цим Договором.
