Керуючись п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та згідно пункту 10.2 договору № 08/18 від 11.01.2018 р. сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити дію договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% від суми, визначеної в договорі.
