Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк виконання робіт до 30.12.2022 та термін дії договору до 30.12.2022. У тексті Договору № 63/21/ПР від 03.12.2021 року дату "01.03.2022" замінити датою "30.12.2022" у всіх випадках. Відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони дійшли згоди, що умови даної Угоди застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли на підставі Договору № 63/21/ПР від 03.12.2021 з 01.03.2022. Пункт 3.3 розділу 3 "Договірна ціна" Договору викласти в новій редакції. Додаток №1 "Завдання на проектування" до Договору викласти в новій редакції, що додається. Додаток №2 "Календарний план виконання робіт" до Договору викласти в новій редакції, що додається. Додаток №3 "Протокол погодження договірної ціни" до Договору викласти в новій редакції, що додається. Додаток №4 "Зведений кошторис на проєктні і вишукувальні роботи" до Договору викласти в новій редакції, що додається.
