1. Викласти пункт 1.4. розділу 1. ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРУ у наступній редакції:
«1.4. Загальний ліміт споживання води на 2020 рік складає 10 куб. м./рік».
2. Викласти пункт 2.1.3. до розділу 2 ТАРИФИ НА ПОСЛУГИ ТА СУМА ДОГОВОРУ у наступній редакції:
«2.1.3. Сума даного Договору складає: 300.00 грн. (триста грн.00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ 50.00 грн. (п’ятдесят грн. 00 коп.) КЕКВ 2272.
За кодом ДК 021: 2015: 65110000-7 – «Розподіл води» 150.00 грн. (сто п’ятдесят грн.00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ 25.00 грн. (двадцять п’ять грн. 00 коп.);
За кодом ДК 021:2015: 90430000-0 - «Послуги з відведення стічних вод» 150,00 грн. (сто п’ятдесят грн.00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ 25.00 грн».
3. Ця Додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору № 49/1 від 18.03.2020р. та набуває чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та діє протягом терміну дії Договору.
4. Інші умови Договору, які не були змінені цією Додатковою угодою, залишаються без змін, а Сторони підтверджують по ним свої обов’язки.
