Споживач і Постачальник у зв'язку з істотною зміною ціни за одиницю товару на ринку природного газу з 01.01.2021 року та керуючись п 11.1 Договору, Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі",положеннями Закону України "Про ринок природного газу",дійшли згоди розірвати Договір № 979 від 30.12.2020 року, укладений між Споживачем і Постачальником.
2. З моменту набрання чинності цією Угодою зобов'язання Сторін, що виникали у сторін з Договору припиняються у частині постачання природного газу, а у частині розрахунків продовжуються до повного здійснення розрахунків між сторонами.
