1. Зменшити ціну Договору на 2400,78 грн. та викласти п. 5.1. Договору наступним чином: «Гранична ціна даного Договору становить 52030,53 грн. (з ПДВ). Дана гранична ціна передбачає максимальну величину коштів, які Споживач сплатить Постачальнику за електроенергію за цим Договором.»
2. Викласти додаток №1 обсяги договірного споживання електричної енергії у 2020р. до Договору в новій редакції.
