Пункт 3.1. Договору, в частині ціни, викласти в наступній редакції: «Постачання природного газу здійснюється за ціною, що вільно встановлюється між Постачальником та Споживачем. Ціна за 1000 куб.м. природного газу з липні 2021 року становить 8375,16 грн. , без урахування податку на додану вартість та тарифу на транспортування. Крім того тариф на транспортування, згідно постанови НКРЕКП від 24.12.2019 р. № 3013, становить 136,58 грн. Крім того, ПДВ (20%) – 1702,35 грн. Усього з урахуванням ПДВ загальна ціна за 1000 куб.м. природного газу становить 10214,09грн.».
