В зв'язку із зменшенням обсягу закупівлі на 1 070 літрів, та керуючись ст.36 част. 4 пункт 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони погодили зменшити суму договору на 28 355 грн. 00 коп., (двадцять вісім тисяч триста п'ятдесят п'ять гривень 00 коп.) а саме внести зміни до пункту 3.1 Договору та викласти їх в наступній редакції: 3.1 вартість цього Договору становить 418700 грн. (чотириста вісімнадцять тисяч сімсот гривень 00 коп.)., у тому числі ПДВ: 69 783 грн. 33 коп.
