Note:
Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити вартість Договору на 63 600,00 грн. ( шістдесят три тисячі шістсот гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі та внести зміни до п. 3.1. Договору та Специфікації Додатку №1 до Договору, виклавши їх в наступній редакції:
1.1. «3.1. Загальна вартість послуг за цим Договором, згідно з специфікацією (додаток 1) становить 381 600,00 грн. (триста вісімдесят одна тисяча шістсот гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ.
