У зв'язку зі значним коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку, Сторони домовились змінити ціну за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії 4,87725 грн. за 1 кВт*год без урахування ПДВ на 5,36010 грн. за 1 кВт*год. без ПДВ, підвищення становить 0,48285 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ (на 9,9 %) з 1.09.2022 року, що знаходиться в межах збільшення (коливання) закупівельної ціни на ринку електричної енергії та одночасно в межах дозволеного п.2 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про пуюлічні закупівлі" граничного розміру збільшення ціни товару
