Згідно п.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовились продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі напочатку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми,визначеної в Договорі №2273-2019 від 30.01.2019, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме на 157636,64 грн.(Сто п'ятдесят сім тисяч шістсот тридцять шість грн. 64 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ 20%;Викласти п.13.1. розділу 13. "СТРОК ДІЇ ЛОГОВОРУ ТА ІНШІ УМОВИ" у наступній редакції: "13.1. Цей Договір укладається на строк до 31.01.2020р. та набирає чинності з моменту підписання договору сторонами."
