1.2. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними

1.1 З урахуванням листа Постачальника про продовження співпраці, гарантії виконання зобов’язань та у зв’язку із продовженням співпраці Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1.1.1 У п. 4.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2020 року» замінити цифрами та словами «31 травня 2021 року»
1.1.2 У п.10.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2020 року» замінити цифрами та словами «29 червня 2021 року»
1.2 Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.

Сторони, керуючись пунктом 1 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону, уклали цю Додаткову угоду №4 про наступне:
1.1 З урахуванням пункту 3.1.1 Договору Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяг закупівлі продукції та внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1.1.1 У п. 3.1 Договору загальну ціну продукції зменшити до 29 377 389,60 грн. без ПДВ;
1.1.2 У п. 3.1.2 Договору еквівалент загальної ціни продукції зменшити до 927 553,74 Євро
1.1.3 Пункт 2 Специфікації до Договору (Додаток №1 до Договору) викласти у новій редакції.
1.1.4 Пункт 3 Специфікації до Договору (Додаток №1 до Договору) викласти у такій редакції: «3. Ціна продукції складає 29 377 389,60 грн. без ПДВ»
1.2 Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
