Note:
З урахуванням листа Постачальника № 833 від 22.12.2022 року, підпунктів 3.1.1, 3.1.2 пункту 3.1, пунктів 10.3, 15.7 Договору Сторони дійшли згоди щодо збільшення ціни за одиницю продукції без збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі, при цьому зменшити обсяг закупівлі продукції.
Керуючись пунктами 4.2, 10.2, 10.3, 15.7 Договору, з урахуванням листа Постачальника № 852 від 27.12.2022 року, сторони дійшли згоди змінити строки поставки Товару та дії Договору. Примітка: закупівля здійснювалась відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169. Відповідно до абзацу першого підпункту 1 пункту 1 Постанови в умовах воєнного стану оборонні та публічні закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг здійснюються без застосування процедур закупівель та спрощених закупівель, визначених Законами України “Про публічні закупівлі” та “Про оборонні закупівлі”. Підстава з приміткою "Закон" обрана у зв'язку із відсутністю в електронній системі підстави з приміткою, яка стосувалась би Постанови 169.
