1) Керуючись п.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про Публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди щодо подовження терміну дії договору № 67/2019 від 19.04.2019р. про закупівлю «Розсадницька продукція» - код 03450000-9 за ДК 021:2015 (Саджанці дерев листяних і хвойних порід в контейнерах; саджанці кущів листяних і хвойних порід в контейнерах; квіткова продукція: цибулинні, хризантема дрібноквіткова в кольорах, багаторічні) на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, але не пізніше ніж до 31.08.2020 року.
2)Сторони домовились внести зміни до реквізитів Замовника та Постачальника.
