Додатковою угодою № 2 сторони погодили продовжити строк дії договору постачання природного газу № К/2021/02 від 25.05.2021 р., в зв'язку із чим внести зміни до п. 2.1. Розділу 2 "КІЛЬКІСТЬ ТА ЯКІСТЬ ГАЗУ" договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: постачальник передає споживачу з 01 червня 2021 року по 31 липня 2021 року включно замовлений споживачем обсяг газу в кількості 2200,00 тис. куб. метрів, в тому числі по місяцях. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.11.1 Розділу "Строк дії договору" і продовжити його до 31 липня 2021 року. Сторони погодили, що ціна на природний газ, який буде постачатись з 01 липня 2021 року за 1000 куб. м встановлюється в національній валюті України - гривні і складає без урахування податку на додану вартість - 10768,33 грн. Крім того, тариф на послуги транспортування природного газу для внутрішньої точки виходу з газотранспортної системи - 124,16 грн. без ПД, коефіцієнт , який застосовується при замовленні потужності на добу наперед у відповідному періоді на рівні 1.10 умовних одиниць, при бронюванні потужностей протягом доби використовується коефіцієнт 1.21, всього з коефіцієнтом - 136,576 грн., крім того, ПДВ % - 27,3152 грн., всього з ПДВ - 163,8912 грн. за 1000 куб. м. Разом за 1000 куб. м. - 13085,89 грн.з урахуванням ПДВ.
