Керуючись абзацом 8 пункту 18.2 розділу 18 Договору та абзацом 8 пункту 48 Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11 листопада 2022 р. № 1275, на підставі експертної оцінки скоригованної кошторисної частини проектної документації по обʼєкту та з метою приведення договірної ціни у відповідність, Сторони дійшли згоди: Пункт 2.1. розділу 2 «Ціна договору» викласти у наступній редакції: «Загальна ціна Договору становить 11 538 798,85 грн. (Одинадцять мільйонів п’ятсот тридцять вісім тисяч сімсот дев’яноста вісім грн. 85 коп.) без податку на додану вартість, крім того, податок на додану вартість становить 2 307 759,77 грн. (Два мільйона триста сім тисяч сімсот п’ятдесят дев’ять грн. 77 коп.), всього 13 846 558,62 грн. (Тринадцять мільйонів вісімсот сорок шість тисяч п’ятсот п’ятдесят вісім грн. 62 коп.)». Викласти договірну ціну робіт та план фінансування робіт у редакціях що додаються.
