Сторони Договору дійшли взаємної згоди внести до пункту 3.1. Договору № 55 від 17.01.2025 року та викласти в новій редакції:
« Ціна цього Договору становить 8 000 000,00 грн (вісім мільйонів гривень 00 копійок) в тому числі: ПДВ – 1 333 333,33 грн:
- кошти місцевого бюджету збільшити на 52 088,78 грн (п’ятдесят дві тисячі вісімдесят вісім гривень 78 копійок), загальна сума складає 6 559 972,78 грн (шість мільйонів п’ятсот п’ятдесят дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот сімдесят дві гривні 78 копійок);
- власні кошти підприємства зменьшити на 52 088,78 грн (п’ятдесят дві тисячі вісімдесят вісім гривень 78 копійок), загальна сума складає 1 440 027,22 грн (один мільйон чотириста сорок тисяч двадцять сім гривень гривень 22 копійки).
