2. Зменшити обсяги постачання електричної енергії на 2022 рік на 20695 кВт*год, та внести відповідні зміни щодо інформації про очікувані обсяги споживання електричної енергії на зазначений період

1. Відповідно до п.1 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони домовились, що ціна за Договором, визначена в п. 5.1. Розділу 5 Договору, становить: 46 379,90 грн, крім того ПДВ - 9 275,98 грн. разом з ПДВ - 55 655,88 грн. (п’ятдесят п’ять тисяч шістсот п’ятдесят п’ять грн. 88 коп.). Загальна вартість Договору зменшується на 29 814,12 грн. (двадцять дев’ять тисяч вісімсот чотирнадцять грн 12 коп.)
2. Зменшити обсяги постачання електричної енергії на 2022 рік на 13476 кВт*год, та внести відповідні зміни щодо інформації про очікувані обсяги споживання електричної енергії на зазначений період, виклавши п. 3. Комерційної пропозиції в новій редакції.
3. П. 5.7. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«5.7. Оплата Актів за спожиту електричну енергію здійснюється Споживачем у 100% розмірі на протязі 10 (десяти) банківських днів після підписання Сторонами Акту.
