В процесі оприлюднення договору підряду № 6 від 18.12.2018 року, що був укладений в результаті проведення переговорної процедури закупівлі між КНП «ЦПМСД №5» КМР та ТОВ «БТК «Фарес» було допущено технічну помилку, а саме: в Графіку виконання робіт (Додаток №1 до договору) зазначено початок робіт з 01.12.2018 року, у той час як умовами Договору передбачено початок робіт з моменту підписання, тобто, не раніше 18.12.2018 року. Також не в повному обсязі розміщена документація до Договору, а саме відсутні: зведений кошторисний розрахунок вартості будівництва, об’єктні кошториси, локальні кошториси на будівництво, відомості ресурсів до локальних кошторисів.
